The vertical slitting machine adopts a vertical feeding and slitting structure, which is designed for continuous and stable processing of various flexible roll materials. The whole working process includes unwinding, tension control, web guiding, slitting, separation and rewinding.
Firstly, the raw jumbo roll is fixed on the unwinding mechanism. With the cooperation of the brake system, the machine releases the raw material steadily at a constant speed to avoid material stretching and wrinkling. The material passes through a series of guide rollers to keep a straight and smooth feeding path.
Secondly, the web deviation correction system automatically detects and corrects material offset during operation, ensuring the material always runs in a correct position. This effectively prevents edge deviation and improves the straightness of slitting.
In the slitting section, high-precision circular rotary knives vertically cut the wide roll material into multiple narrow rolls according to the set width. The knife gap is precisely adjusted to guarantee ultra-clean cutting edges without burrs, cracks or dust.

All running parameters are intelligently controlled by PLC and touch screen. The machine realizes automatic speed matching, constant tension, automatic counting and emergency stop functions. With simple mechanical transmission and reasonable vertical layout, the equipment runs stably, reduces material loss and improves production efficiency.
