The automatic edge guiding system detects material position via sensors such as ultrasonic sensors or CCD sensors. Once material deviation occurs, the edge guiding controller sends commands to actuators to automatically correct the material position. In addition, the system supports tracking of printed registration marks.

Yes, slitting width can be customized, with the minimum slitting width down to 10mm. The number of simultaneously slit strips depends on the total material width and minimum slitting width. For example, a 1600mm wide machine can slit up to 32 strips of 50mm wide products.

The whole machine warranty period is 1 year, and core components (servo motors, PLC) have a 2-year warranty. Wearing parts mainly include knives, belts, sealing rings, bearings, etc. Knife replacement cycle is 1-3 months (depending on material hardness and usage frequency), belts 3-6 months, bearings 6-12 months. We will provide a list of common wearing parts and preferential spare parts prices.
