1. Intelligent Control, High Precision & Reliability
Equipped with Siemens PLC intelligent control system, the machine integrates automatic counting, residual material detection and alarm, and automatic stop at preset meterage. It monitors operating status in real time and shuts down automatically in case of abnormalities to prevent material waste and equipment damage. Featuring practical functions including automatic counting, residual material early warning and meterage-based automatic stop, it delivers easy operation and stable performance.

Adopting integrated hydraulic shaftless automatic feeding structure, it eliminates manual material handling. With simple operation and strong load-bearing capacity, it greatly reduces labor intensity, improves feeding efficiency, and accommodates processing of rolls in various specifications.

3. Precision Web Guiding, Guaranteed Product Quality
Fitted with a high-sensitivity automatic web guiding system to correct material deviation automatically. Even with uneven raw material edges, it realizes high-speed and precise slitting, prevents slitting errors, and ensures neat edges and uniform dimensions of finished products.

4. Automatic Discharging, Time & Labor Saving
Built-in automatic material pushing function. After shutdown, the finished rolled materials are automatically pushed to the unloading arm. Compatible with automatic packing racks, it requires no manual unloading, significantly boosting working efficiency and minimizing manual intervention.

5. High-Speed Operation, High Production Capacity
The maximum running speed reaches 300m/min. While maintaining high slitting and rewinding accuracy, it greatly improves production efficiency, perfectly suited for mass and continuous production with both efficiency and quality ensured.

6. Versatile Roller Configuration & Customization
Unwinding roller supports 3–6 inch air expansion shafts, and rewinding roller adopts 3 inch differential shafts. Roller dimensions can be customized on request. The maximum unwinding diameter is 800mm and rewinding diameter 600mm; special sizes are also available for customization to meet diverse processing demands.

7. Full Servo Drive, Stable & Durable
Adopting full servo control (1 servo motor for main unit and 1 for rewinding), the equipment features smooth transmission and quick response. It effectively avoids material slippage and deviation, guarantees slitting and rewinding precision, and extends service life.
