● Precise Control, Stable and Reliable: Adopting servo motors and Siemens PLC closed-loop control system to achieve micron-level fixed-length cutting with minimal positioning error. The transmission system uses synchronous belt and brake motor for synchronous driving, combined with a high-precision gearbox. It runs smoothly without vibration at high speed, effectively preventing material slippage and cutting deviation.
● Intelligent Integration, High Efficiency & Smooth Operation: Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating motors to flexibly adjust cutting speed according to material properties. Integrated with automatic counting, alarm shutdown upon abnormality and fault diagnosis functions to monitor production status in real time. Fitted with a magnetic powder automatic tension control system to maintain uniform web tension throughout operation. It supports multi-section longitudinal slitting, and waste edges are automatically discharged by high-pressure fans without manual cleaning, ensuring continuous production.
● Suitable for Large Rolls, Easy Loading: The maximum unwinding diameter reaches 800 mm, enabling one-time loading of large-size rolls and reducing roll change frequency. An optional shaftless hydraulic loading device is available to greatly reduce manual labor intensity and improve loading efficiency and operational safety.
● High-speed Cutting, Higher Productivity: The maximum cutting speed is up to 100 cuts per minute. While guaranteeing cutting accuracy, it remarkably accelerates production rhythm and hourly output, ideal for bulk orders and continuous production.
● Multi-function & Flexible Processing: It integrates slitting and cross cutting into one process. The material can be longitudinally slit with multiple knives first and then cut to fixed lengths horizontally to produce finished products in one go. Circular knife or straight knife slitting modules are optional to process paper, self-adhesive materials, composite films and more, meeting diverse processing requirements.
● User-friendly Operation & Easy Maintenance: Featured with a visual touch screen for intuitive parameter setting, which is easy to learn for new operators. The machine adopts a modular structure, allowing easy disassembly and maintenance of key components and lowering long-term operating costs.
