An independent shafted loading system is installed on the same side of the main unit. Manual handling of material rolls is no longer required for simple and efficient operation. It is fitted with a dedicated single-side swing-out unloading arm. Upon machine shutdown, finished rolls will be automatically conveyed to the unloading arm without manual intervention. It greatly simplifies unloading work and is ideal for large-scale continuous production.

The unwinding unit supports 3–6 inch air expanding shafts, and the rewinding unit is standard fitted with a 3-inch slip shaft. Custom sizes are available upon request. The standard maximum unwinding diameter is 1200 mm, and the rewinding diameter ranges from 600 mm to 800 mm. Machine width can also be customized to adapt to different production scenarios and processing requirements.
