Application Scope & Features
● Stable Power & Constant Tension: Driven by vector motors or servo motors and equipped with an automatic constant tension control system. The main unit adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology to maintain dynamic balance during acceleration and high-speed operation. The machine runs smoothly without vibration, ensuring stable processing of webs throughout the operation.
● Intelligent Control & High Precision: Fitted with Siemens PLC intelligent control system, integrated with automatic length counting, residual material detection & alarm, and automatic stop at preset length to realize unattended operation. The rewinding unit adopts upper and lower double-station A/B air shafts combined with chain-type automatic unloading structure, enabling fast roll change and labor-saving operation.
● Accurate Web Guiding & Wide Compatibility: Equipped with a high-sensitivity photoelectric automatic web guiding system. It effectively corrects the running path of materials with irregular edges, guarantees precise slitting, and greatly improves material utilization rate and finished product qualification rate.
● High-efficiency Slitting & Automatic Edge Waste Removal: Three slitting modes are available: circular knife, flat knife and air knife, which can be switched flexibly according to material types. Matched with a high-pressure fan for automatic edge waste removal, it removes waste instantly to keep the workshop tidy and ensure uninterrupted production.
● Flexible Feeding & Heavy Load Capacity: Two hydraulic automatic loading/unloading solutions are provided: shafted and shaftless types. They are applicable to webs of different weights and specifications, eliminating heavy manual handling. The feeding process is safe and highly efficient.
● Large Roll Diameter & High Productivity: The standard maximum unwinding diameter is 1200 mm or 1400 mm, and the rewinding diameter is 1000 mm or 1200 mm. Longer rolls can be processed per batch to reduce roll change frequency. The maximum running speed reaches 300 m/min for remarkable productivity improvement.
● Customizable Shafts for Diverse Applications: 3–6 inch key-type air shafts are optional for unwinding, while 3-inch key-type air shafts are standard for rewinding. Special sizes and specifications of air shafts can be customized to perfectly meet various roll clamping requirements.
● Full Compatibility & Customization: The machine working width can be customized as per actual production demands. The infrared paper tube positioning function is optional to achieve fast and accurate alignment of paper tubes, shorten commissioning time and improve roll change efficiency.
